The PADI Open Water Diver Course is the world’s most popular scuba certification and your gateway to diving anywhere on the planet. You’ll learn essential skills, dive in beautiful locations, and gain the knowledge to enjoy diving safely and independently.

Requirements to enroll:

• Be at least 10 years old (Junior Open Water Diver for ages 10–14)

• Complete a 200m swim (or 300m with mask, fins, and snorkel) and a 10-minute float/tread water test

• Complete the medical questionnaire and waiver before diving

Theory:
The eLearning is completed at home, in your own time, allowing you to study at your own pace. Our instructors are available to answer any questions along the way.

Practical training:
You’ll practice core skills in confined water sessions and complete four open water dives, putting your knowledge into action while exploring real dive sites under close supervision.

What you’ll be qualified to do:
Upon certification, you’ll be qualified to dive independently with a buddy to a maximum depth of 18m worldwide. Although, we always recommend for safety reasons, to continue diving with a professional knowledgeable about the area in which you are diving.
