The PADI Night Diver course takes you below the surface after dark, where familiar dive sites come alive with nocturnal marine life and a whole new atmosphere of calm, focus, and adventure.

Requirements to enroll:

• Minimum age 12 years

• Certified PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent)

Theory:
You’ll complete the PADI eLearning in your own time, learning about night diving equipment, light handling, communication signals, and how to navigate and stay oriented in low visibility. Our instructors are always available if you have questions while working through the theory.

Practical training:
Across three open water dives, you’ll gain confidence diving in the dark - from planning your descent and using lights effectively, to observing nocturnal species and managing buddy communication. You’ll also practice compass navigation and emergency procedures specific to night conditions.

What you’ll be qualified to do:
After certification, you’ll be a PADI Night Diver, comfortable planning and conducting night dives safely and independently. You’ll experience firsthand how different and peaceful the underwater world becomes once the sun goes down.
